Terms of Service

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Please be aware that electronic devices, monitors and displays vary in their color accuracy, and not every detail is evident in product images.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me with your concerns.

A refund will be given only if the item is returned unused and in original condition, properly packaged, insured, and within 7 days after the buyer has received the item. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
Payment
Sage et Cie accepts PayPal. PayPal will process MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks are not accepted. When you make a purchase, please select the PayPal payment option. You will be redirected to PayPal to begin the checkout process. When using PayPal, you can use a credit card without having to register for an account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can sign into your account to make a payment.

International customers must make their PayPal payment in US dollars.

Payment for in-stock items must be received within 48 hours of purchase or the transaction will be canceled.

Massachusetts residents: Add 6.25% sales tax to the cost of your order.
Shipping
Shipment of in stock items will be made within 48 hours of receipt of PayPal payment (with the exception of Sundays and Holidays and announced vacations).

Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail® Service including insurance, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground to the continental U.S.

If you are requesting shipping outside of the continental U.S. please contact me for shipping charges.

International shipping will be quoted individually and will not include any customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
